All lotteries for the 2017-2018 school year have been completed.  Any new applications will be placed on waiting list towards the first enrollment period for 2018-2019.

Kindergarten only is being accepted for the Fall of the 2018-2019 school year. To be considered for enrollment, please click the button below.

Enrollment Process:

  1. Apply by completing an online application (above).
  2. The current enrollment period will close on May 15th.
  3. Lottery #3 will happen on May 16, 2017.  This is an automated computer process conducted through the on-line school registration system.  SJCA will be notified of the student acceptance.
  4. Parents will be notified by e-mail of Accepted/Wait-list status by May 23rd.
  5. Student registration packets will be due by 4:00 pm, June 9th for Enrollment #3. If you were accepted in Enrollment #2, registration packets are due by April 20th at 4:00 pm.  Packets can be dropped off at the school office 2233 Park Avenue, Suite 303 or mailed to PO Box 8302, Fleming Island, FL 32006.  Packets must be received by the due date.  Any questions, please contact the school office at (904)458-8240.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO FULLY COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PACKET IF YOU ARE NOTIFIED OF ACCEPTANCE AS WE DO HAVE A WAITING LIST.   IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR REGISTRATION PACKET BY THE DUE DATE, YOUR CHILD WILL BE WITHDRAWN.   ALSO, THE WAITING LIST WILL BE PERPETUAL, MEANING IT CARRIES OVER FROM YEAR TO YEAR.  WE WILL NOT START A NEW WAITING LIST IN A SUBSEQUENT YEAR.
