Physicals and Participation Forms

Before a scholar can participate in St. Johns Classical Academy’s after-school athletics program, the scholar must undergo a physical exam with a licensed physician, and his or her family must complete several sports participation forms. Physicals must be passed once every calendar year, whereas sports participation forms must be completed each school year.

• If you are the parent of a scholar who intends to compete in athletics, please schedule your student's physical during the summer.

• All scholars must have an EL2 (sports physical), good for 1 calendar year, and an EL3 (parent consent, good for 1 school year) to be able to try out. Please use Athletic Clearance

• Copies of physical forms and participation forms are available through St. Johns Classical Academy's Athletic Director.

Lions Athletic Booster Club

The Lions Athletic Booster Club (LABC) supports our athletic department and student-athletes by providing funds for athletic equipment, athletic scholarships, and sports recognition banquets.
LABC funds are raised through sports events, concession sales, athletics spirit wear sales, spirit nights, and other fundraising events.
