Parents should email a note or document from their doctor stating that the scholar has a medical condition. Please state the scholar’s first and last name and send the email to Melinda Mann.

What documentation is needed for a medical condition?
A note from the scholar’s doctor stating that, due to a medical condition, the scholar should not attend school on campus. This applies only to 7th-11th graders.

What will the virtual experience look like for an upper school scholar?
The scholar will attend school virtually as if they were on campus. They must be in uniform, on time to class, and present for the duration of each live class. Their school day will run from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. They may break for lunch when their assigned lunch period, which is approximately 30 minutes. Bathroom breaks should be taken when on-campus scholars change classes. They will interact with the teacher and their peers virtually to the fullest extent possible.
