Focus Parent Portal Registration Directions
Please Note: FOCUS is designed to work in Google’s Chrome web browser, while it usually works in other browsers like Apple’s Safari or Mozilla’s Firefox, it will not work in Microsoft’s Internet Explorer.
For Parents that Do Not Have an Account
To register for a Focus parent account, use the registration site listed: https://focus.oneclay.net/focus/auth/
Click on the link I DO NOT have an Account Registered on the Parent Portal, but my child is Actively Enrolled.
Focus will ask the following basic questions needed for registration. Complete those questions and click Submit. Remember to make a note of your password.
Click on “I would like to ADD ANOTHER CHILD who is already enrolled”
Now complete the following information for the student. Click Add Student.
After completing those steps you will see a quick summary of the information for the student that access is being requested for.
You can add an additional student or you can finish adding students and create the account.
Once completed you will be taken to the Parent Portal. This message will be visible in the Alert Field.
A parent who is registering a student for the first time must email a government issued photo ID to parentportal@myoneclay.net. You must email the ID from the email address you used when you created your account and include the name of the student(s) before access can be granted.
The Parent account will not be connected to the student until you have emailed your identification. This is a two-step process and the school is the second step in connecting you with your student(s).
For Parents that Already Have an Account but Need to Add a Child
1. Go to the Focus Parent Authorization Site: https://focus.oneclay.net/focus/auth/
2. Click on “I have an account registered on the parent portal but would like to add a child” link.
3. Login using the parent User ID and Password.
4. Now complete the following information for the student. Click Add Student.
5. After completing those steps you will see a quick summary of the information for the student that access is being requested for.
6. You can add an additional student or you can finish adding students and create the account.
